Getting Started

A free training session is provided to get your engineers up to speed. To book this session, please contact your sales representative. 

Please note that if using a BCM connected to a boiler, installation requires a Gas Safe engineer.

If using a BCM Gateway as part of a surveyor cube, no qualifications are needed.

This installation manual is provided in the box with each MultiDOT. The manual is assumes you have your BCM or Gateway set up prior to starting this installation.
